The support team was very helpful, responsive when I had questions about my account setup (I think that's what they call it).

They were able fix an issue with one of our servers almost immediately after we reported them - which made me feel like their service really matters! We've been using this host since 2014 so there have definitely be some changes over time but nothing major as far as issues go.* Very reliable* Good price point compared other hosts at similar levels/speedsWe're looking into moving away from these services now because everything else seems more expensive than here; however if you are already hosted by another provider then don't worry too much unless something drastic happens within 6 months-1 year timeframe.- Great customer careTeam has always responded quickly even during off hours / holidays etcGood uptimeEasy management interface.
