Easy-to Use Customer Relationship Management Tool
-Good and easy to use.-Good reporting features.-Easy to customize your own fields.-Can be integrated with external systems as well. - Good for tracking sales opportunities.- Good for lead management.-Good for customer onboarding.-Good for onboarded customers follow up. -Easy to integrate with external systems like Salesforce. -Good for tracking marketing activities.-Good for customer relationship management.-Good for CRM. -Easy to use and have good support team. I haven't found anything i dislike about this tool yet. This is a very simple to use system that helps me track my tasks/invoices/customer information very easily.
Pros
- The ability it gives you, having all info in one place
- Ease at which clients can enter orders or send invoicing requests etc.etcThe ease within order templates makes creating an invoice really quick! Very useful when running around managing multiple projects simultaneously (work load has increased greatly)
Cons
- Sometimes there are issues loading from Excel / Word into Pivotal Tracker but once loaded its great
