When I say no smell, I don't mean that there's absolutely no smell but it doesn't have that pain relief smell. There is a light scent but it's not overpowering. Not to mention, this doesn't burn or make my skin red. I have sensitive skin, of course where I'm experiencing pain, but this did not irritate my skin or cause a painful rash. A little does go a long way but this stuff is amazing. I have sciatic problems along with carpal tunnel and when I use this, I do not need any pain medication. I just rub in and in a matter of seconds, I'm pain free. I do wash my hands after I put it on but I'm not left with a burning sensation in my hand after it's been washed off. I should also mention, this is almost like putting lotion on my skin. It not only takes the pain away but seems to moisturize my skin as well.
