Pros: I love the packaging. This gives the product a high quality look. I like noise cancellation. It really blocks the sound. I like the size and the design. The sound quality is okay. I'm a little disappointed with the price because I have some that were a little cheaper but offered better sound, but they weren't true wireless so the battery life is very good. Sometimes they connect to my phone pretty quickly, even before I put them in my ears. Cons: A bit uncomfortable to wear for long periods due to the laces. I'll try some tips from my other headphones. Sometimes callers complain that I speak far from the mic and my left ear sounds a bit out of sync when on the phone, so I often have to put them in a pocket. 3 times a week. I wish there was some sort of app to manage them like B. Reset. Instead of deleting them to reset, we could just use the app. I wish we had an ambient noise switch. Because of the noise cancellation, you can't walk around work islands in them, let alone down the street. You won't hear anything, so I'll just have to go with one ear.
