I like that it creates one file to install all my software, instead of different files for each program installed; this makes everything very easy! It also has some really nice features such as being able to change what programs are installed after installation (or uninstallation) which gives you more options with how many applications are set up at once.
One thing i dislike about its UI/UX design compared to other similar products out there could be improved in terms of aesthetics - looks too much like Windows 8 or 10 but not enough like XP. As far as ease of creating custom setups goes though, nothing else comes close so stick with Installbuilder if you're looking for something that will allow you great customization without having to pay an arm and leg for someone who can make them. We have been solving our client's desktop support issues since 2006 and Install Builder helps us accomplish these.
