The app is really easy to use, it has an intuitive dashboard that makes everything clear for our drivers so they can perform their job well; also I like its user interface since we have all of them in one place which gives us more control over every single part from car maintenance through driver's payouts or even customer onboarding process (we actually integrated with Uber). Sometimes when you try something new there will be some bugs but as soon as someone else reports about this issue then usually by next day things are solved! There aren't many drawbacks atm because ride cell team fixes any issues quickly once notified - however if anything occurs please let me know right away :) It takes few days before everyone starts using it fully especially during first week after launch due to initial amount used per month being much higher than average rides received monthly rate compared w/ other platforms out here such e.
