I made this for my dressing room. I use pink plastic baskets to store small items of clothing. It is easier to use or assemble than boxes. The back is very thin so be careful when sliding items back onto the shelves. I accidentally split the wood and it shows from the front when I hammer on the back. You have to be precise. If you put the nail too close to the edge, it comes out sideways, and if it's too far from the edge, then you see it from the inside, as happened to me. I am a 57 year old woman and I could wear it. I assembled it myself but my husband helped me with screws and nails. It took about an hour. The hardest part was opening the box as the glue was very strong. I am happy with my purchase.
