How bad?! Parts cannot be assembled. I followed all the installation instructions but the kite still wouldn't. As it turned out, the lengths of the parts are bad. There is this plastic cross connector that is supposed to hold four cross sticks plus two vertical sticks together as the backbone of the kite, but the vertical sticks are about the same length and the information on the packaging says one has to be very short. That's the problem. The spine rods need to be very long and very short so that the plastic cross connector is high up so that another cross rod can be connected to it. It's impossible to assemble a kite from bad parts. Also, a metal ring holding the fabric together will not hold the fabric together. So the kite is useless. Do not buy. That's a waste of money.
