Belt is durable and will hold a full-size, lightweight 1911 without flexing. It is supported by Perry suspenders. The buckle is strong and the velcro is just enough to keep the flap neat. The belt is a little smoother than expected, making it easier to slide/attach holsters and pouches. I recommend using belt loops when using heavier guns or more than double mag pouches.
