The tool has been very helpful in our workflow process with clients since it's easy to use (even if you're not technical).
It can be tricky at times figuring things like how long an email should take between sending/reading or what date format they prefer etc., but all these problems are easily solved by contacting support via their website which I find super convenient! We've started using this platform mainly because we needed help managing client relationships better than before - now that everything goes through them there isn't much chance someone could make errors when entering data into forms themselves anymore :D.
