This is my third order of these socks. I wear them every day as directed by the doctor. They work fine for me. If they were tighter I would never wear them. I increased the size as is and they are comfortable all day. They always stay in place. They're too heavy for a stocking. They work better than the more transparent stockings I've tried. They were durable. They are easy to wash in a linen bag in the washing machine on a gentle cycle and hang to dry. They haven't lost their color. In the summer they are warm, but it seems inevitable. I ordered plain black. The pink inscription in the toe area helps with orientation.
