I originally bought this in January 2019. I rarely use it as a travel charger and I really liked its size. Unfortunately, the USB Type-A ports stopped working after about 5 months. I contacted the seller to explain the problem and they quickly sent me a new replacement unit. Overall this charger feels like a quality device and I was disappointed that it was faulty but fixing it as quickly as Lention speaks louder in my opinion.
