Foam needs some training to bring her back to life. I needed thirty minutes. I massaged the flat parts, squeezing and pushing, and the foam resumed the intended shape. For the sake of simplicity, having a king-size foam topper that is expensive to ship to YOUR PEOPLE is a very small understandable compromise. You don't have to wait 72 hours or whatever they say. Mine was VERY tight around the edges all the way around...Lathered for 30 minutes by hands, fully stretched and ready to use. I don't know what some people expect... that it just pops out and is ready to use. First World problem people. Sleeping on it is very soft and comfortable.
