The instructions were terrible but I made it myself!
The instructions made no sense to me, but the lamp was easy to assemble without instructions. I wasn't sure how to attach it to the wall but then I figured it out. First screw the round metal base to the wall and then place the lamp on it - yes! They are so cute and easy to use. I ended up pinning the bottom of the cables to the wall so they were straight. :)
