THIS SCARF IS NOT WOOL

I took a fringe thread and tested it with a flame, it melted into a plastic bead. Wool doesn't melt into plastic, it burns and leaves ash behind. I will be returning this and the sweater which was also a synthetic fabric advertised as wool on Revain.
