Amazing product. Very environmentally friendly and high quality! I will change the rating when my problem is solved. The problem is that both times I have ordered toilet brushes I have received the wrong item. They sent me a set of several small brushes. I was hoping to get the right product a second time but they sent me the wrong one again. I don't like messing around with returns so I use the bottle brush from the first batch as a toilet brush, the second batch hasn't been used yet. I hope this review initiates a solution to the product clutter so buyers are not left disappointed or dealing with the hassle of returning.
