Installing the lamp was cumbersome. everything that should have been tight and straight wasn't. All baskets were loose and could not be tightened. I had to apply some crazy glue to make sure they stay in place. After I installed it, it didn't look parallel to the wall. One basket was 1/2 inch too small. By pulling and pushing, I managed to straighten them. last thing. The instructions show how to connect one segment to another. The connection involved connecting the connector, squeezing two hoses together and tightening with a hex bolt. Extremely difficult unless you remove the end cap on the other end and pull on the wire with needle nose pliers to allow the ends to connect.
