After using this cuff several times I would give it 4 out of five stars. It is well built, the pressure dial is easy to read and the included stethoscope is very good. Unlike the inexpensive drug store cuffs, the actual pressure cuff on this product is of sufficient size to measure even very large arms. My only criticism is that the enclosed literature does not offer assembly instructions or indicate what the included screwdriver is for. Overall, a very good product and an excellent value.
