These picks don't fit regular controllers, so you have to use the weird and small X-shaped picks that are too light. Connecting to the set-top box is easy, but the buttons already have delays or only work half the time. just spend the extra and get the normal ones. I give 3 stars because they connect instantly, the convenience of using the switch in manual mode isn't too bad, and they stay charged for a long time.
