Not enough glue. Apply exactly according to ALL directions. After filling, it fell off the shower wall and broke. I taped it back together, peeled off the old glue, bought some more, along with my own large strips of tape, and attached it - it works, but it's not perfect. Added: Tagged a previous review with a similar issue and discussion of the difficult mounting to a fiberglass wall. I agree. Even after lightly sanding the wall, cleaning with alcohol, drying etc - it still fell off the wall and broke. Mostly glued, with the exception of small fragments. Better with more glue and more durable strips.
