My granddaughter is now 14 months old. When she was about 10 months old, we started wearing thongs over her clothes during the day. I'm so impressed how it has helped her little belly button stay in place when she's laughing or struggling to get up or any other activity. Now her navel starts to stay in place almost all the time. It's still not where it should be, but it's a big improvement. Wonderful! And the straps are so soft and easy to wash. ps I also bought one of those expensive "hernia" belts and wasn't impressed at all so it's a much better product.
