One step ahead of the rest: Clarks Men's Pace Barnes Loafer on test

Let's face it, finding the perfect pair of shoes can be a challenge, especially when it comes to loafers. Fear not though, because the Clarks Pace Barnes men's dark brown leather loafers are the answer to all our romping problems. From the moment I put these shoes on, I knew my search was over. The first thing that struck me was the quality of the shoes. The dark brown leather exuded the sophistication and durability I was looking for. But it wasn't just the looks that impressed me. The shoes fit like a glove and hug my feet in all the right places. The insole is made from OrthoLite material which not only keeps me comfortable but also keeps my feet dry by wicking away moisture. One of the biggest issues I've had with moccasins in the past is the lack of traction. I had enough bugs to know not to mess with them. However, the rubber sole of these shoes put my mind at ease. I never felt unbalanced or like I was about to fall. Finally, let's talk about the versatility of this shoe. Whether I'm dressing up for a business meeting or an outing, the men's Clarks Pace Barnes Loafer fits the bill perfectly. Dark brown can be worn up or down giving me more bang for the buck. Overall, I give this shoe a solid 5 out of 5 stars. Craftsmanship, comfort, traction and versatility are all I've been looking for in moccasins. I'm sure these shoes will serve me for many years to come and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, all-purpose moccasin.

Pros
  • Good shoes! What do not like. Good leather, good fit and great looks.
Cons
  • Not Clarks but something else. If you have a narrow foot it would be nice.
