Seller sucks. The product seems to be good.
Looks like a great product but the medium is too small. It fits my body width but not my height. I'm too tall for the medium, so he pulls my shoulders. I asked for a big one. They let me keep the middle one and sent me the big one which is great. Except they sent me another medium after MONTHLY wait. I raised this, they said they would give me a refund and they just ordered a brand new one which would arrive in October! I am so angry
