Meh. I knew it would be a buckle and 3 straps but it's still annoying. The real problem is how fragile the tape material is. The weave is pretty loose, and the sewn thing is pretty "flexible" and keeps twisting. The long end often comes out of the belt loops as well. Suitable for office wear. Terrible for hiking or anything active like golf.
