PNZEO W3 arrived quickly. The first problem was that the user manual was almost illegible due to poor description of installation procedures and very poor English. There is also no online help for troubleshooting. After a few days, I was able to go through the setup on my computer. Due to the extremely small font, a QR code reader was required to decode the P2P UID. Then the device didn't work. The light came on but no video was made. When help was requested there was absolutely no response. UPDATE: A few days later the support team replied via email. It turns out that the setup has to be done with a smartphone and then the computer can access the video from the camera. Setting it up took a few more steps back and forth. I've upgraded my rating from one star to three due to the difficult installation and poorly written setup guide. I didn't have a chance to try the IR function or the motion detection function.
