Bought some of these, after a while of daily use, at least 10,000 steps, my daily goal, they tend to die, first thought, change the battery, no, still does the same. After owning a few this latest one failed so I took some aluminum foil and folded it to thickness then I placed it between the battery and the battery cover. I tried stretching the spring but it wasn't enough. The battery bay is too loose, as was the case with early Apple mice a few years ago. The manufacturer has to adapt the plastic mold from which it is made!
