One of the best ways.
Bought a size 4 as I didn't like the cones or spirals that took so long there which was annoying when I was trying to sleep. Worked great until 2 became 0, so 0 through 00 definitely won't work. My ears didn't want to make a big jump so I had to order 1g (7mm) and 9mm to make it a little easier. worked great and I'd like to start with that rather than another kit that wasn't a cone/plug.
