These boots are true to size and the extra room you expect from a boot is sizing right. The protector is excellent, tough and durable. They are waterproof. The insoles are soft enough to be comfortable to wear. The rubber/vinyl upper is a bit flimsy, I'm worried it will only last one season, doesn't seem durable enough to withstand multiple kids. The loops for putting on the boots are also small and flimsy. These are not warm boots, they are not suitable for snow, but they are good for splashing in puddles on rainy days.
