In general, the shoes are good. I wish the toe box was a little wider instead of pointed, but I kind of knew it would be. I think the biggest issues I have are related to the design. that the lid in the design has a leather panel sewn in just behind the lace lines. When I lace up one of the boots, I can feel the sewing tip digging into my toe a little. I thought it was because of the laces, but no, it's just intended and made that way. The second is a small metal insert in the ear, the second on top. Just make them the same, I don't need a set of metal grommets. As for the clutch, they are amazing! This was my first pair of non-spike shoes and I was concerned about traction and they have plenty of it. Since I've had them, I haven't slipped a single foot. If they could make them with a wider tip and pin the pivot at the top of the shoe to remove the pressure point, they would be perfect. Would I buy them again, probably not, but they keep my feet dry and keep me in place, so they're not too bad.
