My daughter was happy to buy these for herself. After reading the reviews I asked her if she was prepared that they weren't "perfect". She assured me that she was fine. Pros: She likes colors (pink and black) and cool light. She loves to show off. Not very good: they are heavy. Like, really hard. The light has multiple settings, but one of her shoes doesn't stay in the setting she chose and appears to randomly switch to different settings while she's wearing it.
