Very painful and very embarrassing.
This is one of the worst products I have ever bought and now I am stuck on it as there is no return date. All of this is replaced in the box and will never be used again. It was sooooo hard to get it off my face! There are no strips you stick to to remove and you peel off the hardened wax. Wow, it hurt terribly. Way worse than any home waxing salon I've ever been to. I was so excited to try it because someone recommended it to me, but I had to believe the other reviews, not just this person. It's so disappointing.
