I bought these for my daughter and she doesn't like the straight cut but they looked great on her and fit just as I expected. I didn't manage to convince them that they should sit on your hips, but if you like them, I think you will like them. Can't match the price and color choices and they are so hard to find in stores. She is about 5ft 6in and 125lbs and a very small size was fine for her so I would suggest ordering my normal size. It varies from small to very small.
