Chest wrinkles in the morning were the biggest surprise in my 40's! They are great for preventing wrinkles and skin creases and I notice a huge difference after nights when I forget to put them on. I don't have any permanent wrinkles yet and I'm hoping they will keep them at bay. Tip - cut in half! I cut them in half so I have a small piece and a large round piece and alternate each night. Since I only have a small patch of skin to worry about at this point, that's enough for me and I get double the health from them.
