Seals came in a black zippered pouch. There is no seal apart from the zipper so there is no way to tell if it has been tampered with. There was a slight odor when opened and the instructions recommended washing before use. The rounds are nicely colored, I prefer them to the cream colored ones I already have. Soft plush fabric, the edges are lined with mesh fabric, and there is a loop on each circle so it can be hung to dry. I find it too small to wash my entire face, but works well for removing eye makeup. or applying toner. Included was a mesh pouch to keep the cartridges in during washing. Made in China. Machine wash, air dry.
