I have a full case of tires. That's the only thing that really helped. First, let me say that I have horrible carpel tunnel syndrome from sleeping on my arm. I bought a $250 pillow which helped some people but I was still suffering. The night was such a nightmare for me that I just didn't sleep as long as possible. I woke up in tears with a swollen arm and literally wondering how I could go on living with this pain. I don't have health insurance so I'm trying to fix it myself. I tried several tires. I wanted to try this because someone suggested I try magnets. and this combo came with a magnetic sheet. When I first got it I didn't use a hoop, just a magnetic sheet because I thought the hoop looked huge. I didn't think it would be comfortable for sleeping. I tried using the magnetic sheet with another hoop, but this hoop was too small and caused even more problems. After about 2 days I decided to try this tire. I was waiting to write my review because I wanted to make sure it really helped. I'm typing this now without pain! Yes, the tire is a bit big, but I realized that I really need that. I tried it on over the magnetic sheet and it looked like my arm was in a cast, just what I needed. I've been using it for about 2 weeks I believe and I'm happy to say I believe I can fully heal my hand. If you suffer from CTS I highly recommend this combination. I don't know if it's a magnetic tape or a hoop or a combination of both, I just know it works! I literally wanted to cut my hand off about 2 weeks ago. Although it's a large splint and it looks like your arm is in a cast, it's actually quite comfortable. I have no problem sleeping in it. I never write reviews (who have the time, and my hand hurts too much to type), but I wanted to write this one because I'm sure there are others who might find it helpful. Love it and can't thank you enough for putting it on the market.
