Richard Parks <rwparks505@gmail.com>Sat. Dec 19 1:35pm (2 days ago) for Razer I ordered a Pro Click mouse from Revain. I was able to establish a Bluetooth connection. Winda showed 50% charge. The mouse worked fine when plugged in, but the charge light was off, it didn't work when unplugged, and it wouldn't charge. I spoke to one of the Razer support staff but he/she did not offer me a solution. I returned the Razer Mouse 1 Revain and they sent me a Razer Mouse 2 as a replacement but it had the same issue. The mouse was connected via bluetooth and worked fine when connected via cable. The charging indicator turned orange, but Windows showed no charging. After charging for a day and night, it stayed orange, didn't work when the cable was unplugged, and Windows still didn't show a charge. The Razer support woman I spoke to asked an endless stream of questions and finally sent me a link for a new firmware that doesn't fix the problem. I returned the Razer Mouse 2 to Revain and bought a Mouse 3, a Logitech MX Master 3 which came almost fully charged and worked really well right out of the box.
