Review on Keyboard A4Tech KV-300H gray by Stanislaw Stanislaw ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The product did not disappoint, the quality pleases.

For a long time I chose a keyboard on an Internet, read reviews, etc., etc. I considered several options, but the main two were: Genius SlimStar i220 A4Tech KV-300H It was not possible to feel it, according to the results of reviews, comments and analysis of Internet information, I was inclined to buy A4 - mainly because of the scissor mechanism. The noise, of course, is small, but nevertheless much less than the old gaming Ideazon Merc. I compared it with a real Makovskaya - the Makovskaya has less noise, the tactile keys are very pleasant, there are no gaps. Here are the gaps on the KV-300H that struck me - 1+ mm around each button ! so why do this? For the sake of interest, I'll try to find the Jenius i220. Although I am sure that the noise will be at the same level, the price category is still the same. But multimedia buttons! : I spilled Coca-Cola on the clave :) I can’t disassemble and clean it, so I’ll go to ng to buy myself another one.

Pros
  • -Very nice appearance and design - Monolithic (like Apple) -Material and paint under aluminum - Island style keyboard - Spaced top row of keys ( Esc , F1-F12) -My favorite layout without big enters and small shifts/backspaces -2 USB -Quiet operation compared to conventional membrane keyboard (scissor mechanism)
Cons
  • -Unregulated rise (so far it seems too small, but I think I'll get used to it in time) -Gap around the keys about 1mm -Big keys click with decent volume (space, backspace, enter) - Rustle keys when typing - Tactile sensations from the keys are not very pleasant, too "cheap" - Lack of multimedia keys
