Ordered not to put a monitor on it but to put a desktop computer in a mini tower. Don't ask me why, but it works great. I received a Dell XPS Studio 8100 with a large 23 inch Dell LCD monitor. Having both in my small two-story computer closet just cluttered up my workspace and I had to put my tower behind the monitor to make it fit. It was just agony as I had to move the monitor to get to the tower. I had to place the tower on a carpeted floor under the monitor. So I took the risk and ordered this device. Works perfectly. The tower fits perfectly and is just off the ground so I don't have to bend down a lot to place my DVDs, CDs etc and use other features on my device. I placed it to use the box that came with it to store PC parts and tools. I also need easy access to my device as well as small headphones for my media center. Very happy with this purchase. Now the LCD monitor has been removed from my eyes and is easier on the eyes when using the keyboard. This purchase was a lot cheaper than buying any other PC desktop.
