Strange smell in household items
You use a pestle to squeeze a drop into the wall of the bowl. Over the course of a few days, the drop from flushing not only gets smaller, but also begins to sag and leave a stain on the toilet. It still works fine but looks kind of ugly. Not sure if this prevents a ring or keeps the toilet clean. I still clean regularly and still have to grind the rim. However, the guest bathroom smells of fresh cleaning. I wouldn't call it lavender. It smells strangely like artificial detergent. I think the same effect can be achieved with an air freshener.
