Let me tell you this mouse was very good for the price and is an invaluable addition to my new MacBook Pro. The bluetooth connection is very easy and simple as it should be. Just press the button underneath to activate the connection and my MacBook picked it up right away. What I like best is that USB is not needed! I like that it's also rechargeable. It really is the perfect mouse for my needs. The battery life is also amazing. I haven't had to charge it once and have had it for about 2 weeks now. My use is not every day. But I used this mouse for hours and the battery was strong the whole time. It also turns off to save battery, which I like too.
