Comes in a nice outer box. The bottle itself is beautiful. This is a dispenser bottle. I think the product seems quite runny which makes it runny. I wear a complete eye make-up with eyeshadow, mascara and eyeliner. It didn't remove all of my mascara. To me, $24 (at the time of this review) is a lot for something ONLY for eye makeup removal. So if it's something I would buy myself, removing ALL eye makeup is best! Mascara is always difficult to remove completely. I always cleanse my skin twice and as a first step I use an oil based makeup remover or cleansing balm that helps melt makeup including mascara. So if I'm adding something else to my routine, such as a product that's only for eye makeup removal, it's better to remove it completely. It just isn't! Even without the higher price I wouldn't recommend this as it's an extra step and not worth it.
