Connecting to them somewhat disappointed my PS3. I wanted to use a digital audio cable but couldn't. First, Plantronics' customer service was great. They responded very quickly to me every time I emailed them. This was my setup: - Digital optical cable connected from Plantronics mixer to PS3 - USB cable connected from mixer to PS3 - Headphones connected to mixer - "Multi-channel output" audio option enabled in PS3 settings menu - Tried several configurations in accessories settings . Menu. Symptom. My partner can hear me speaking but I can barely hear him, the mixer doesn't adjust the mic and game sound independently as advertised. I ended up buying an RCA connector instead and used the adapter they sent with the headphones. After that the setup worked fine and they offered to send me a replacement part to see if the problem was related to the digital optical cable connection on the mixer. Once I figured that out, the setup worked great. Be careful if you want to use a digital optical cable. Other positive aspects: - Convenient - Loud (if desired) - Ability to adjust the sound output - Clear sound - I really like that I can connect music from my phone to it.
