Damaged amulets are the best in bead and jewelry making

I ordered 120 pieces and they were perfect, no damaged charms. 120 were individually wrapped, as the saying goes on the charm. So I ordered 160 and almost all of them are damaged from cuts and discolored tags. They were all put in one big bag as if they knew what was worse. I am sending them back and ordering 120 to see if I get the same quality as the first order.
