Great price, fast delivery, good product.

Before ordering this last night I made an impromptu model using some pillows (bad idea). It was of no use. It arrived before lunch today and only stage 1 broke my middle back; and less back pain. I recommend consulting your doctor before use. I'm an athletic 29 year old male and this may not be for everyone but so far I'm loving it.

Pros

4-level setting: 4 different stretching bars that work out your back in a healthy way. The ergonomic design securely supports your back and features a spinal groove that supports and protects your spine. Each side of the groove has a raised, textured surface that provides gentle acupressure to relieve stress and tension along the spine.
