I had inguinal area irritation that itched so bad that by scratching it a rash would form. My other male private parts were also itching a lot. I had given up on all other OTC products, including non traditional, like foot powder that contained aspirin. IMPORTANT I had read the reviews and was cautious about this product being too strong, so I put a few a tablespoons in 8 ounce bottle of liquid bath soap & shampoo combination product. The solution was very gentle yet aromatic. The relief from itching was felt in a few hours. Since in the combination it was so gentle I used it on my whole body including my scalp. I had noticed how much my ear canal and scalp used to itch until I used this product. I have not felt so itch free in years Also scrub my feet with it. This is a very good product highly recommend. I have not tried it full strength and no need to. It also reduces BO as well as under arm itch. I can not praise this product enough. I use it everyday in a more diluted form. I expect this bottle to last me 6 months or more. After trying this product everything else is just a joke
