my LG 43" TV seemed unnecessarily unstable to stand on its feet with the TV and cannot mount the wall bracket. I bought this model because some are afraid of breaking the tempered glass, it has an MDF base. Only MDF has its cons application but as another reviewer mentioned the screws holding the base thread into the steel reinforcement. I have a 43" LG TV, about 15 pounds, which corresponds to VESA 200 x 200. The only problem I had was that I dropped one of the parts J, the security lock, behind the bookshelf.I installed one lock and that's more than enough.The TV stands on top of this Stand much more stable than LG feet, even with a lock I wish I had a second lock Also I recommend removing the feet that came with your TV if it was previously installed Place your TV on this stand.
