I used the size chart on the order description page and it was within the average size so I felt comfortable with the purchase. This product is too loose, it doesn't even push my arm to my armpit - it literally slides up and down my arm. Because it's so loose, you can't pull the band tight enough to secure it - it will slip off your hand. The size is wrong. It is non-refundable/exchangeable, can't comment on how well it works if it fits, but just in case purchase another item that qualifies for return/exchange.
