It was a great purchase! The chain arrived nicely packaged. Everything included made this gift easy! It came in a nice box with nice cards. A postcard and an envelope to write a note. Included was a gift bag and tissue paper. My 18 year old friend put it on straight away and said this necklace was what she was looking for. The crystals were beautiful and shiny. The kit included a cleaning cloth.
