Overall we are very satisfied with this product. It arrived in excellent condition (wrapped with plenty of padding). This makes it easier for us to process more types and sizes of meat sous vide than in our 8 liter pot, and we like the lid and sleeve so we can cook longer without adding water. The rack worked great for pieces of pork ribs (cut in half) to keep them separated and weighted. A crossbar at the top of the rack solved our problem of improvised weights with kitchen utensils and brackets for holding bags. We are glad we chose this model. It works well and seems to be of a quality that lasts for a while.
