I originally ordered 3 bulbs and 1 didn't work. I sent an email to the seller and the seller didn't reply at first because they said they didn't receive my email. To replace the one that didn't work, the seller sent me 2 replacement bulbs. One of them worked and the other didn't. I thought it was a good customer service step by the sellers when the lamps have a bad shipping problem. The headlights themselves are in good condition. They have a beautiful shimmer for whatever decorative needs you have. Order them in advance if they are for a special occasion so you have enough time to get replacements if needed. It looks like the seller will work with you on a replacement without actually sending the bulbs back as the postage is more than the cost of the bulb.
